Carbon Fiber Crossbeam

The carbon fiber crossbeam, which was originally made of aluminum alloy and weighed 127 kg, has been optimized to 55 kg. Its total static load-bearing capacity is approximately 200 kg, and the maximum dynamic load is about 500 kg, enabling high rigidity and minimal deformation. The crossbeam adopts a double-layer hollow structure (as shown in the figure), which not only achieves high rigidity but also enhances torsion resistance. The overall average thickness is approximately 3.5–4 mm, and the local thickness is increased for structural installation.
