A metal frame mold generally consists of templates and a support structure. The template uses machining processes to form the required mold surface, and it requires high smoothness and good sealing performance. The support structure is usually made by assembling and welding metal profiles, which is used to support and fix the template above it. Its interior has a hollow structure, which has a small heat capacity, facilitating heat conduction. Additionally, it is relatively light in weight, making transportation convenient. This structure is suitable for various processes such as autoclave molding, vacuum bag molding, and vacuum infusion molding.
